Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@andersoncore.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Yes, subject to availability and fit. All new clients begin by completing the intake form so we can confirm scope and timing before engagement.

Absolutely! We primarily serve Florida clients. If your situation involves other states, we'll review it during intake to confirm whether it's a good fit.

Your return is prepared and signed by a credentialed tax professional using professional tax software. Anderson Core maintains an active IRS EFIN, which is required to legally prepare and electronically file tax returns for clients.

All services are provided remotely. This allows us to maintain efficiency, security, and consistent workflows for all clients.

An invoice is sent when your completed tax return is delivered for review. Returns are electronically filed once payment is received and the signed e-file authorization is on file.

Invoices can be paid online through your secure client portal.

Tax payments are made by you (the client) via the IRS website. Instructions will be included when your tax return is ready for review.

Yes! Our secure portal host, Secure File Pro, has a mobile app. Through the mobile app you can upload tax documents, complete e-signature requests, and submit online payments.

No — we don’t handle 1099 preparation or filing directly.

That said, we are happy to point clients in the right direction. For most small businesses, we recommend using a dedicated platform like Gusto or Track1099, which handle IRS e-filing and contractor delivery efficiently and correctly.

If you’re unsure which option makes sense for your situation, we are happy to help you think it through or confirm what information you’ll need before filing.

No — we don’t handle sales tax compliance or filings. Sales tax is a separate and very specialized area from income tax, with different rules, filings, and ongoing requirements.

For most businesses, we recommend using a dedicated sales tax platform such as TaxJar or Avalara, which are built specifically to handle sales tax calculation, filing, and compliance across states.

We are always happy to help clients understand whether they may have sales tax exposure and point them toward the right tools, but I don’t manage sales tax filings directly.
