S CORPORATION (FORM 1120-S)

We prepare S-Corporation returns for small businesses with clean books and straightforward ownership structures. This includes:


  • Form 1120-S preparation
  • Shareholder basis review
  • Coordination with owner individual returns


Clients are expected to provide a complete and accurate trial balance or financial summary.


We believe clean financial statements are the foundation of accurate tax returns. When the books are right, everything else falls into place.


S Corp Tax Prep

INDIVIDUAL TAX RETURNS (FORM 1040)

We prepare federal and applicable state individual income tax returns for clients with straightforward to moderately complex tax situations. This includes:


  • Wage and salary income
  • Interest, dividends, and investment income
  • Retirement income
  • Itemized deductions and credits
  • Prior-year carryforwards


Our process emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and clear communication throughout the filing process.


Do you need a CPA?

SMALL BUSINESS & SCHEDULE C

We work with sole proprietors and single-member businesses that want clean, well-supported tax filings. This includes:


  • Schedule C income and expense reporting
  • Business use of home and vehicle considerations
  • Review of client-provided records and summaries
  • Clear documentation to support deductions


We do not offer ongoing bookkeeping services, but we are happy to work with organized records or structured worksheets.

RENTAL PROPERTY (SCHEDULE E)

We assist rental property owners with proper income reporting and expense classification, including depreciation. This includes:


  • Residential rental properties
  • Depreciation review and setup
  • Prior-year depreciation schedule review (when available)
  • Capital improvement considerations


Accurate depreciation matters—not just this year, but when the property is eventually sold.


We are not designed to support high-volume real estate operations.

  • Payroll processing
  • Ongoing monthly bookkeeping
  • Complex multi-state returns
  • High-volume or transactional accounting services
